POSITION SUMMARY:
The HCTec HR Generalist combines traditional human resources responsibilities with data-driven strategies to support business objectives and enhance organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to build meaningful employee relationships to foster engagement.

Implement HR programs, including the administration of policies, training, development, employee relations, and compliance

Collaborate with the HR VP to align HR initiatives with business goals

Participate in cross-functional teams to design and execute HR strategies and processes

Stay informed on industry trends and best practices

Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards

Manage employee engagement programs, including surveys, focus groups, and recognition initiatives

Partner with leadership to develop action2plans based on engagement survey results and track progress

Support performance management processes, including evaluations and development planning

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights to leadership

Utilize predictive analytics to identify trends and address workforce challenges proactively

Support workforce planning with data-driven analyses of retention and succession planning

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or 2–4 years of HR experience

Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred

Proficiency in HR tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, Microsoft, HRIS systems)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
