We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Coordinator, HR Information Systems to join our dynamic team.

The Coordinator, HR Information Systems plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless administration of HR information systems, optimizing processes, and facilitating data-driven decision-making. By acting as a key liaison and support resource, they enhance organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the day-to-day operation of the HRIS, including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting user issues
  • Ensures the accuracy and integrity of HR data by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborates with HR team members to identify system enhancement opportunities and streamline HR processes
  • Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including user guides, process workflows, and training materials
  • Runs existing system reports and analytics to support HR and business objectives
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for basic-intermediate HRIS-related inquiries and provide technical support to users as needed
  • Assists with system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, including data migration and testing
  • Participates in cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Supports compliance audits and activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or experience in lieu of
  • Minimum of one year experience working with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, ADP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS or similar credentials.
  • Multi-country experience
