Key Responsibilities for the HR Specialist:
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and facilitating new hire orientations
- Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Administering employee benefits programs and providing support with inquiries
- Assisting with performance management processes, including evaluations and employee development plans
- Coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies

Preferred Qualifications for the HR Specialist:
