Job Summary:

The HR Generalist will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day human resources functions while ensuring effective use and maintenance of the UKG HRIS system. This role will involve providing administrative support, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and managing employee data through the HRIS platform. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of HR processes, a hands-on approach to system management, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance with HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage the UKG HRIS system, ensuring accurate employee data entry, updates, and reporting.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Assist with HRIS-related troubleshooting, system updates, and user training.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Develop and generate HR reports using UKG HRIS for management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using UKG HRIS for employee data management, reporting, and system configuration.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and compliance issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret HR data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.

Schedule & Benefits:
