Proficiency in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS is essential.Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Administration: Manage comprehensive employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead the onboarding of new hires and ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Open Enrollment: Coordinate the annual benefits open enrollment process, providing guidance and support to employees.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- HRIS Management: Use UKG to keep accurate employee records, manage benefits data, and track HR metrics.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Policy Development: Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Experience: 2-3 years in HR, with a focus on benefits administration and employee lifecycle management.
- Payroll Experience: Knowledge of payroll processes is a plus.
- UKG Expertise: Required experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000, depending on experience
- Bonus: Eligible for annual performance-based bonus
