HR Generalist

Combat Corner, a dynamic and growing manufacturer of mixed martial arts equipment, is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Generalist to join our team. We are looking for an individual with 2-5 years of HR experience who thrives in a supportive role and values accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
• Ensure meticulous maintenance of employee records and compliance with employment regulations.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering strong employee relations and addressing concerns with empathy.
• Collaborate with the team to implement HR initiatives that align with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems.
