**Job Title:** Human Resources Assistant


**Location:** Sterling, VA (Sterling Plant)


**Shift:** 3:00 PM 12:00 AM


**Pay Rate:** $21/hour


**Job Summary:**


We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative support in various functional areas of HR. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining employee records, coordinating HR-related tasks, and answering questions related to HR policies and procedures.


**Job Responsibilities:**


+ Assist with internal and external HR inquiries and requests


+ Prepare, maintain, and organize paper, digital, and electronic employee records


+ Support HR-related training and onboarding processes


+ Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations


+ Assist with employee timecards and interviewing processes


+ Stay current on HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency


**Qualifications:**


+ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR-related roles


+ Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills


+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


+ Knowledge of employment laws and regulations


+ Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines


+ Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
