We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have top notch organizational skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the HR department and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations.


Responsibilities:

- Assist with coordination of candidate testing

- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding

- Perform various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the HR department

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

- Act as the central point of contact for employees while providing a warm a friendly environment

- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment

- Coordinate employee training and development programs

- Provide support to the HR team as needed



Requirements:

- Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred

- 1-2 years in an HR support (preferred) or administrative role

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience processing new hires within an HRIS and familiarity with E-Verify preferred

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

- Exceptional organizational skills

- Experience using HRIS systems (Paylocity experience preferred) a plus
