Job Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.
- New Hire Communication: Act as the main point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process, answering questions and providing support.
- Orientation Preparation: Organize and conduct orientation sessions, introducing new employees to company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from new hires on the onboarding process to identify areas for improvement.
- Training Support: Assist in the scheduling and coordination of training sessions for new employees.
- HR documents management: Upload HR policies, SOP and documents timely
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- HR Projects: Support special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- HR portal maintenance
- Play as a member of HR service center
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience: With onboarding experience is a plus.
