As an Industrial Janitor, you will be part of the Facilities Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Job Title: Industrial Janitor Location: Hendersonville NC Pay Range: $15.00 What's the Job? Clean and maintain industrial facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, and production areas Operate cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers and vacuums Dispose of trash and hazardous materials according to company policies and procedures Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment Perform other duties as assigned by management What's Needed? Prior experience in industrial cleaning or janitorial work preferred Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed What's in it for me?
