JP Logistics and Consulting LLC is hiring: Parttime Janitor in Highland Falls

Scope: Perform the following services: vacuum carpets; sweep floors; damp/dry mop floors; remove trash, clean, disinfect, and supply rest rooms, classrooms and locker rooms, low/high dust, clean glass/mirrors, sanitize/disinfect doorknobs, doors, counters and countertops and policing of grounds (50'). Move/tilt moveable furniture to perform these tasks and furniture shall be replaced in its original position upon completion of services. Protect walls, baseboards, office equipment, and furniture from splashing or damage.

Duties:
Remove Trash
Clean Athletic Surfaces (Wood, Rubber Sports Flooring, Wrestling Mats, Pool Decks)
Clean Latrines
Clean Locker Rooms and Showers
Vacuum Carpets Tile and Walk Mats
Sweep, Strip, Wax/Re-Wax Damp Mop Floors
Spot Clean Floors, Walls, Carpets, and other Surfaces
Shampoo Carpets/Rugs
Dusting/ Low Dust
Replace Incandescent Lamps and Fluorescent Tubes:
Clean Glass:
Clean Drinking Fountains/water bottle filling stations
Snow Removal

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be proficient in reading and capable of communicating effectively in English.
Knowledgeable of janitorial/custodial equipment, supplies, and procedures.
Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Complete all required government-required training.
