Bartender Part Time Job at Angelicas LLC in Redwood City

Angelicas family owned restaurant is currently hiring for a part-time Bartender to join our team in down town Redwood City. We are looking for friendly, and professional person to help our team of servers and bartenders provide the best service to our guests.

Evenings and weekends are a must

Bartender Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcoholic beverages for service (e.g. beer/wine tasting)
• Minimum 2 Years experience
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Starting pay $20 to $22per hour + Tips ; depending on skills set
• We are not interested in a person that bounces from job to job
• We are closed on main holidays - Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas
• Starting time 3:30pm - must be availble on weekends

Skills Required:

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
