We are seeking a Customer Service Admin - Part-Time to join our team! You will be responsible for providing office support to the Outside Account Manager and helping customers by providing product and service information. This position is part-time, Monday-Friday with hours from 9am-2pm, but flexible.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and emails
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain marketing database
  • Schedule appointments for Account Manager
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients on proposals submitted
  • Marketing calls and emails on daily basis

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
