Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Richfield, Ohio

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the executives of our growing company in Richfield, Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role is a full-time, in-office position, and you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and requests.
  • Assist in project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
  • Organize and coordinate events, including team meetings, conferences, and corporate functions.
  • Maintain office organization, including supplies and equipment.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as filing, preparing correspondence, and managing records.
  • Ensure executives are well-prepared for daily meetings and activities.
  • Take minutes and follow up on action items from meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, supporting senior-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment is a plus.
