Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant for a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Data Management: Create and maintain spreadsheets, analyze data, and prepare summaries or reports as required.
Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and calls, ensuring timely responses.
Task Prioritization: Monitor deadlines, prioritize tasks, and ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings and engagements.
Project Assistance: Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
Confidentiality: Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create complex documents and spreadsheets.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in [industry/sector, if applicable] is a plus.

High level of professionalism and discretion.
