Akkodis is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant for a direct-hire job with a client in Great Fall, MT. You will manage communications, scheduling, travel arrangements, and project deliverables while ensuring confidentiality and high-level efficiency.

Salary Range: $66,000/Year to $78,000/Year; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Executive Assistant job responsibilities include:

• The Senior Executive Assistant with 8-9 years of experience is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing communication with internal and external stakeholders, and organizing schedules, meetings, and travel.

• Key responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, coordinating projects, managing contracts and confidential documents, overseeing expense reports, and handling scheduling conflicts.

• Additionally, they will assist with internal communications, event planning, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Communications, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior executives.

• Familiarity with the energy sector is a plus, and experience in handling human resources, administrative tasks, and office support functions is highly preferred.
