Job Description
Summary: Seeking an Executive Assistant to support President and VP-level executives with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Customer focus and ability to handle highly confidential information
Superior organizational skills
Good analytical ability
Experience with making travel arrangements
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Peoplesoft
Requires an HS Diploma; AAS in Secretarial Sciences, Business or Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience
US Citizen only
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Concur for travel arrangements
5+ years related work experience
Responsibilities:
Support President and VP-level executives
Coordinate staff schedules daily
Arrange in-person and virtual meetings
Maintain hard and soft-copy records
Manage office supplies
Coordinate/make travel arrangements
Provide general administrative support including typing, collating, filing, and data entry
Pay Details: $35.00 to $46.00 per hour
