The Executive Assistant will work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, the Executive Assistant performs a broad range of executive administrative and secretarial support duties. The Executive Assistant will compose routine and non-routine correspondence. Prepare letters, memos and other documents using proper grammar,
spelling and punctuation. Compile and organize data for special reports. Transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings. This position will directly support our Executive Leadership, and will work with department leaders on shared goals within the Finance department. This position will display exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Education and
Experience
Requirements:
Associate's degree preferred, with some college or secretarial coursework experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of secretarial/administrative experience, including 1-3 years supporting a senior-level manager or director
Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including additional
Microsoft Suite programs such as Teams, Mail Merge
Strong time management skills
