Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including creating agendas, compiling materials, and taking detailed minutes with action items.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as expense reports, vendor management, and office supply orders.
- Proactively manage priorities and deadlines, ensuring the executive's day runs smoothly.
- Assist in planning and executing events, board meetings, and special projects.
- Provide personal assistance to the executive as needed, including managing personal appointments and errands.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives or senior leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools (e.g., Concur, Zoom, DocuSign).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Highly adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and respond quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant certifications are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary up to $85,000 annually.
