Are you a seasoned Executive Assistant with a knack for organization, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to excellence? We’re seeking a high-performing professional to support a dynamic executive leader in a fast-paced, high-impact role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee initiatives across three brands, supporting a team of 600 employees and approximately 12 direct reports.
- Executive Support: Manage the executive’s appointment schedule, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination to optimize efficiency.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive, high-level information with discretion.
- Contracts and Vendor Management: Assist with contract reviews, organization, and vendor relations.
- Calendar Management: Maintain a seamless schedule, balancing commitments and optimizing workflow. Experience with international and national time zone scheduling.
- Excel Expertise: Analyze and consolidate data across brands, using advanced Excel skills to create professional reports.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the executive and leadership teams, fostering smooth communication and coordination.
- Project Oversight: Plan and manage corporate initiatives for shared services, ensuring timely completion and cost savings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 6-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational and calendar management skills.
- Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills.
