Responsibilities
Venn seeks an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and the President. Administrative responsibilities include interfacing with clients, scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements, providing business relationship support, handling some research assignments, and assisting with other office tasks as needed.
Experience
The ideal candidate must have 3-5+ years previous experience, be a self-starter who is hard working and flexible, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, superlative organizational and decision-making skills, a high attention to detail, and a clear sense of confidentiality when conducting business on behalf of the firm.
