Sellen's Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to Sellen's Executive Team through the coordination of complex scheduling and meeting details to align executive availability with strategic and operational priorities. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in proactively planning for and preparing for the efficient use of people's time and acts as a liaison to ensure the effective flow of communication to and from the executive team with others in the organization.

This position is located full-time in our South Lake Union Office, hours from 7:30am-4:30pm. You must be located in the Seattle area and able to work onsite full-time. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Your Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years' experience supporting multiple executives or department directors.

KNOWLEDGE
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and the full suite of applications in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Outlook, SharePoint and MS Teams.

SKILLS
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication skills:
    • Proficient verbal communication, including phone etiquette.
    • Expert written communication.

ABILITIES
  • Scheduling for multiple individuals.
  • Communicate comfortably and effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Independently navigate situations of ambiguity.
  • Work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform multiple tasks and focus on attention to detail in a timely and reliable manner.
  • Effectively prioritize and adapt to constantly changing priorities.
  • Communicate with tact and discretion.

Interview Process:
  • 3 interviews: 30 min. video interview with recruiter, 45 min. in-office interview with executive, 30 min. in-office interview with 2 executives.

The full salary range for this position is $78,000 to $95,000. New hires typically start between $78,000 and $85,500, depending on direct professional experience and qualifications.
