Our Clinical Executive Assistant provides support for the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Clinical Officer. This position provides support in the areas of clerical, reporting and administrative duties.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Provides administrative support for the CNO and CCO as required, including correspondence, answering telephone, managing CNO's and CCO's daily schedule of appointments and maintaining department's office supplies
  • Initiates creative ideas to assist the CNO and CCO in accomplishing tasks and goals; anticipates needs and responds appropriately.
  • Maintains a liaison relationship with Directors and Managers, as well as other organizational and corporate staff. Keeps CNO and CCO informed of pertinent information.
  • Ensures appropriate notification of meetings; prepares agenda and distributes notices; maintains hospital wide calendar of events.
  • Attends, records, and transcribes minutes for the meetings. Ensures minutes are prepared in conformity with regulatory agency requirements; monitors follow through on action plans.
  • Assists in coordinating materials for meetings and accreditation projects such as JCAHO and ASMA
  • Oversee employee timesheet process using Kronos, PTO requests and backup for scheduling manager.
  • Plan and assists with employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
  • Proficiently prepares documents utilizing spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software programs.
  • Coordinates travel for CNO and CCO other staff as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Clinical Executive Assistant Job Requirements:
  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of clerical or administrative experience.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
