We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the President of Good American. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the President's day-to-day activities and providing high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is capable of managing multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the President of Good American. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the President's day-to-day activities and providing high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is capable of managing multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the President's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments while anticipating scheduling conflicts and prioritizing time effectively.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the President, including drafting and reviewing correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and follow up on action items to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Travel Management: Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain confidential documents, files, and reports for quick and easy access.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing team events, off-site meetings, and other company activities.
- Special Projects: Provide support on special projects as assigned by the President, ensuring timely completion with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an executive or administrative assistant role, ideally supporting senior leadership.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with modern communication tools like Zoom and Slack.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities; available to respond to urgent requests outside of standard hours as needed.
- Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
