Our client, a dynamic consulting and legal firm, is seeking an executive assistant to strategically support a managing partner in their East Bay Office. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who can use good judgment and be proactive to take the next step when needed to ensure workflow remains consistent.


Salary Range: $145 -155k + amazing benefits + generous bonus + 401k


Schedule: The role is 1 day in the office and 4 days work from home.


Responsibilities

  • Provide superior and strategic support to Partner including managing multiple calendars and scheduling both internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate and book both domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and visa requirements as needed
  • Light Administrative support to additional team members
  • Light personal assistant duties as needed to ensure optimization of time
  • Maintain and coordinate board meeting schedules
  • Interface with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform expense reports
  • Manage projects and ad hoc duties as required


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred or relevant experience supporting a partner in a high level strategic administrative role
  • 9+ years of experience in administrative support
  • Strategic thinker and high EQ
  • Experience in financial services environment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
