JEVS Human Services currently has an exciting opportunity within JEVS Educonnect as an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant for Career Training provides administrative and project management support to the Director of Educonnect, Director of Apprenticeships, Vice President of Career Training, CTE Leadership, and the Career Training staff team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

* Serves as first point of contact for all Career Training Programs

* Provides support and answers questions prospective, active, and former Educonnect participants

* Performs high-level administrative tasks and duties in support of the Career Training department

* Documents and tracks assignments and projects, and follows up on information needed for meetings and events

* Generates reports and gathers monthly statistical data

* Coordinates and tracks efforts and activities related to special projects and events

* Accurately reconciles and codes invoices to be reviewed and approved by Career Training leadership and then submitted to Finance for processing

* Additional related duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree preferred

* Advanced in Microsoft Word and Excel

* Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities

* Minimum of two years experience with administrative support and/or office management experience

* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

* Proven ability to maintain confidential information

The base pay for this position ranges from $46,500 to $58,000. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
