The Details
  • Salary: $70,000-$85,000 base salary, plus bonus opportunities.
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (in-office).
  • Benefits: Paid time off, medical benefits contribution, and 401(k) after the vesting period.
  • Location: Los Angeles, CA (90035). You must live within a 45-minute commute to Olympic/Robertson and have your own car, a valid driver's license, and insurance.

About the Role

As our Executive Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative and project support, keeping our team focused and our projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Administrative Support:
•Manage phone calls, emails, calendars, and tasks for the Principal and Senior Project Manager.
•Coordinate meetings and ensure follow-through on critical tasks.
•Occasionally run light business errands (e.g., returning packages).

Project Support:
•Assist in preparing entitlement packages and coordinating proposals and bids.
•Draft, edit, and summarize real estate and development application documents.
•Research and organize supporting documentation for projects.
•Maintain organized files and ensure proper nomenclature for documents.
•Use tools like ClickUp for project timelines and QuickBooks for budgets and invoicing.

Property Management Support:
•Occasionally oversee property management tasks, including inspecting common spaces and collecting laundry coins.

Qualifications

Qualifications
•2+ years of experience supporting a real estate developer, investor, engineering firm, or construction company.
•Strong interest in urban planning and real estate development.
•Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Adobe, ClickUp, and QuickBooks.
