If you are an **Executive Assistant** looking for an opportunity to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Based in **St. Louis, MO** , this role will provide excellent, comprehensive administrative and operational support. The highly motivated, customer-centric candidate will be responsible for both general executive administrative tasks as well as operational and project management activities.


**AS AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, YOU WILL:**


+ Prepare and provide travel scheduling.


+ Answer and direct incoming calls and greet, direct, and assist visitors.


+ Maintain and create office documents, department reports & customer files including legal contracts.


+ Manage & audit department expenses via multiple company cards.


+ Schedule meetings and appointments, including team meetings, gate reviews, customer visits, lab tours, & coordinating calendars.


+ Coordinate the purchase and maintenance of various office equipment and supplies; Manage and maintain office technology.


+ Enter capital purchases into the Oracle system.


**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:**


+ 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.


+ Superior organizational skills and be self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented, and energetic.


+ Must be a team player and have outstanding writing, editing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle and manage confidential topics and documents, legal documents and prioritize and handle multiple projects & calendars are essential.


+ Travel up to 5% of the time.


+ Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.


**PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:**


+ Bachelor's degree


+ Experience with complex and/or international travel and customs


+ Manufacturing or industrial company experience/exposure


+ Budget/office management experience


+ Prefer experience with administrative support for President or Functional VP level


**Schedule:**


In this role, the general working hours range from 8 am to 5 pm CST to ensure optimal support for stakeholders but there can be flexibility with start and stop times. The position requires onsite presence four days a week, with the added benefit of one work-from-home day.
