About Our Client:

Our client is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to their C-suite leaders.


Job Description:

The Executive Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks for C-suite executives, including extensive calendar management and coordinating domestic and international travel. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite leaders
  • Manage extensive calendars for executive leaders
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel plans
  • Attend board meetings and record meeting minutes
  • Process expense reports
  • Coordinate office events and prepare meeting logistics

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of executive support experience with C-suite leaders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
  • Bachelor's degree required
