Position Description:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to President and VP-level executives. This includes managing and coordinating the executives' daily schedules, arranging both in-person and virtual meetings, maintaining both hard and soft-copy records (which may involve proprietary information), overseeing office supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements. The role also involves general administrative tasks such as typing, collating, filing, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Coordination: Manage day-to-day schedules for executives, ensuring efficient use of time.
- Meeting Arrangements: Organize and coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, ensuring all details are handled (location, time, materials, etc.).
- Record Maintenance: Maintain and organize hard and soft-copy records, ensuring sensitive or proprietary information is kept confidential.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and make travel arrangements for executives as required.
- General Administrative Support: Perform office tasks such as typing, collating, filing, and data entry, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Supplies Management: Maintain and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary.

- A minimum of 5+ years of related work experience in an administrative support role, ideally supporting senior executives.
Education Requirements:
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Preferred Education: An Associate's Degree in Secretarial Sciences, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is also acceptable.
- Microsoft Office: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- PeopleSoft: Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar software is preferred.
