Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Acquired Philadelphia is a full service talent acquisition consultancy partnering with businesses locally and nationally to acquire and retain the right talent. We are on a mission to disrupt the outdated and overpriced Recruiting and Staffing industry. 

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support their executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paralegal work, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to influence and drive progress within the company. This role requires a team player with a positive attitude who is eager to make a significant impact on the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
  • Review and prepare legal documents and contracts.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company projects and initiatives.
  • Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with various departments to drive progress and achieve goals.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide support and assistance to other departments as required.
  • Ensure continuous movement and progress on key initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant, with a strong preference for candidates with paralegal experience.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to contribute to company growth.
