Job Description
Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support their executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paralegal work, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to influence and drive progress within the company. This role requires a team player with a positive attitude who is eager to make a significant impact on the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
- Review and prepare legal documents and contracts.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company projects and initiatives.
- Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with various departments to drive progress and achieve goals.
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide support and assistance to other departments as required.
- Ensure continuous movement and progress on key initiatives.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as an executive assistant, with a strong preference for candidates with paralegal experience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to contribute to company growth.
