Easol
Easol is hiring: Executive Assistant in Los Angeles
Easol, Los Angeles, CA, United States, 90079
Easol is the leading all-in-one 'experience commerce' platform built to power experience businesses including festivals, wellness retreats, food and drink, sports and adventure trips. With Easol, experience businesses have complete control to drive more direct sales, retain more revenue, own their data and run their business on their terms.
Easol has deep roots in experiences. The platform was founded by former festival founders, Lisa and Ben Simpson in 2017, after the husband and wife team endured challenges and frustrations first-hand while setting up and growing their own experience business including Rise, Europe's biggest Snowsports and music festival, and Beyond Adventures, a series of adventure travel experiences in remote locations such as the Sahara desert and the Swedish archipelago.
About the Role:
We are opening up a LA hub! Although this role will start remote, it will be an office first position, likely located in Santa Monica/Venice Beach. As the Executive Assistant for the CEO at Easol, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Leadership team and, by extension, the entire organisation. You will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO & adhoc support for the CBO by handling a wide range of executive tasks, managing their calendars, prioritising needs, and ensuring slick day-to-day operations. You will support Easol's growth by maximising the CEO's productivity and effectiveness, ensuring they can focus on high-priority tasks and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing a diverse set of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, including but not limited to new process implementation and project management. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to anticipate the CEO's needs.
