We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support Dr. Jason Wersland, the Founder of Therabody. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, personal communication skills, experience with financial management, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Schedule & Communication Management: Manage Dr. Jason's daily calendar, emails, and correspondence. Ensure timely follow-ups and organize communications efficiently.
    • Unsubscribe & Streamline: Regularly unsubscribe from unsolicited accounts and organize digital communications.
    • Project Oversight: Take charge of larger projects such as Therabody Recovery Lounges, coordinating with relevant teams and ensuring progress aligns with deadlines.
    • Product Development Support: Act as a key liaison with the Product, Science, and Innovation teams. Track daily updates, maintain progress logs, and provide weekly status reports.
    • Content Coordination: Assist with planning and coordinating social media content creation in collaboration with marketing and social teams.
    • Performance and PR Coordination: Manage Dr. Jason's commitments related to the Performance Vertical, PR, and press appearances, including interviews and public events.
    • High-Performance Relationships: Support and nurture relationships with high-performance athletes, industry leaders, and partners, following up on commitments as needed.
    • Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to track departmental budgets and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Prepare and present monthly financial reports for review, highlighting trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities. Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
    • Vendor and Contract Management: Manage vendor relationships, including reviewing invoices, negotiating terms, and maintaining cost efficiency. Oversee contract renewals and payments for services related to Dr. Jason's professional and personal engagements.
    • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as a liaison between the Founder's office and internal departments, ensuring clear and timely communication on cross-functional projects. Support financial and operational projects, such as cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives.
    • Expense Management: Handle expense reports, track purchases, and assist with monthly budgeting and cost center analysis. Work closely with the accounting team to maintain financial alignment.
    • Product Orders: Manage, track, and order various products required for Dr. Jason's projects and collaborations.
    • Additional Projects: Provide support for initiatives like Sports Doctors Network, Therabody University, and other international endeavors.
