The Jake Moore Group, a top-ranking real estate team in The Woodlands, TX area, is seeking an Executive Assistant. This role will enable our agents to focus more on selling real estate by alleviating back-end and daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond-just like every member of our team.

The ideal candidate may have a background in real estate; however, this is not a requirement. A proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office environment is essential. This individual should have a strong sense of urgency, enjoy managing to-do lists, and work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team.

Compensation:
  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities

•Assist and support the owner in all business and personal areas requiring assistance.
•Maintain database management systems in Follow Up Boss
•Screen and direct phone calls; distribute correspondence.
•Handle requests and queries appropriately.
•Schedule meetings and appointments.
•Manage, prepare, and confirm the accuracy of our listings on the MLS.
•Ensure clients have an extraordinary experience.
•Manage day-to-day office operations.
•Execution of periodic market update emails, marketing activities, and client gifts.
•Guide clients and leads through the buying and selling process.
•Help oversee and improve systems + processes throughout the experience
•Embrace checklists and to-do lists; enjoy paperwork.

Qualifications

•Valid Real Estate License is preferred
•Outstanding organizational skills
•Strong attention to detail
•Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications; able to navigate new systems quickly
•Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
•Ability to work independently to support a team and manage time effectively
•Effective interpersonal skills, including superior oral and written communication
•Strong problem-solving abilities
•Discretion and confidentiality
•Customer service focus
•College degree preferred, but not required for right candidate
•Comfortable handling strong personalities
