About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing multiple companies across various industries. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted role and enjoys learning about different sectors. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in assisting the CEO with tasks across multiple businesses, including administrative support, strategic project coordination, and communication management. This individual will gain exposure to a wide range of industries and contribute to the success of several growing companies.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, meetings, and appointments across multiple businesses.

Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently for both domestic and international trips.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring high attention to detail.

Assist in the preparation and follow-up of key meetings, including taking notes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely execution.

Manage confidential information with integrity, maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.

Act as a liaison between the CEO and various company teams, clients, and partners.

Help prioritize and manage a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Attend industry-related events, conferences, and meetings as needed, representing the CEO when necessary.

Support the CEO in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all companies and departments.

Assist in the development and execution of company-wide initiatives and strategic projects.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, supporting senior leadership.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful with the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO.

Strong problem-solving skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach to handling challenges.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Google Suite and familiarity with project management tools with the ability to learn and implement new softwares.

A keen interest in learning about and understanding various industries.

Discretion and confidentiality are essential in this role.


Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

Previous experience working in a multi-company environment is a plus, but not required.


Other Informantion:

  • Ability to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
  • Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position
