Giraffe Media is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This role is pivotal in providing schedule management and complex travel plan execution to both team members and leadership.

Essential Functions:

The Executive Assistant will have several key responsibilities in the fulfillment of their duties including:

  • This person will work with Senior Management and individual team members to coordinate schedules and complex travel plans
  • Research travel options based on traveler needs and corporate budgets
  • Produce and manage clear and concise travel itineraries
  • Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings and expenditure
  • Liaise directly with travel vendors and partners to adjust and change any details post booking
  • Be available to assist with after-hours travel and schedule emergencies as they arise

Experience and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Intuitive individual with the ability to anticipate potential issues and provide coordinated solutions with minimal oversight or direction.
  • A proactive individual with a track record of successfully learning from and applying constructive feedback.
  • 2+ years of proven Travel Coordinator, Event Planning, Executive Assistance, or related experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, required.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and deadline driven.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated: focus on continual improvement; forward-thinking planner
