EXECUTIVE ASSISTANCE

  • Complete a broad variety of related administrative tasks including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing various correspondences; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
  • Ensure any documents for presentation are proofread at appropriate stages prior to release

 

DATA & ANALYTICS

  • Provide direct analytical support to business stakeholders to prioritize, execute, analyze and optimize marketing initiatives
  • Identify current and future audiences for marketing opportunities based on both internal data sets, as well as existing market data
  • Provide segmentation and personalization recommendations for digital marketing channels, as well as optimizing existing marketing systems and processes
  • Create, modify, and assemble reports to satisfy evolving data requirements, with a focus on measuring marketing campaigns
  • Identify business trends and shifts while recommending data-driven responses
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and derive data points for stakeholders
  • Serve as a best-practices and implementation owner for A/B tests and other controlled experiments

 

TECHNOLOGY

  • Research, evaluate, create and implement business processes, workflow, technology solutions and technology frameworks within a business organization.
  • Adhere to business-specific standards relevant to various business-related initiatives when creating business functional system and requirements.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and requests against multiple tight deadlines and timelines at once
  • Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
  • Position will expose candidate to sensitive company information and so must maintain strict confidentiality as directed
  • Must exercise utmost discretion in dealing with staff, vendors and business associates in dealing with sensitive matters

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated experience managing time
  • Detail-oriented and able to coordinate multiple work streams under deadline pressure
  • Will require learning to be adept with project management software
  • Ability to take initiative, problem solve and perform research
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Travel is required
