We are currently seeking a Senior Executive Assistant who will serve as the right hand to the President, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Human Resources onsite in San Jose, CA. This high-impact role demands an expert in multitasking, with exceptional organizational and communication skills, who can operate with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can anticipate the needs of our executive team. Additionally, this role includes oversight and management of other executive assistants, ensuring cohesive and efficient support across the executive team.
What we’ll get you doing:
- Expertly manage and optimize complex calendars - coordinate all aspects of the President, CFO and VP of HR schedules, including high volume of complex domestic and international travel arrangements; understand the executive’s needs and work to meet them.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the President, CFO, and VP of HR, handling all communications with precision and professionalism.
- Lead the organization and coordination of executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action item follow-up.
- Drive the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
- Manage other executive assistants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.
The essential requirements of the role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in an executive assistant role, with proven success in supporting C-level executives.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of administrative professionals.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an integral part of a high-performing team.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel domestically/internationally <10%
The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
