Position: Executive Administrative Assistant
Our client has a strong history of meeting the needs of their clients and have built a strong reputation in the industry. They are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support one of their C-Suite Executives on a temporary basis. - Provide direct support to executive leadership
- Maintain professional executive calendars
- Prepare meeting agendas, documents and presentations
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements including flight, hotel, transportation and reservations
- Draft/edit correspondence on behalf leadership
- Plan department meetings including scheduling, catering, agenda preparation, transportation and registration
- Order meeting preparation supplies
- Answer and handle calls, correspondence and mail
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years’ previous experience providing executive level administrative support
- Previous calendar management experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing timelines
