We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Corporate Compliance Officer, and Finance Division Directors. This role offers a competitive salary range of $56,000-$64,000, excellent benefits, and a commitment to work-life balance in the thriving healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage executive schedules, including complex calendar management and travel arrangements
•Prepare and organize board meetings, including creating presentations and managing documentation
•Support corporate compliance activities, including maintaining crucial files and agreements
•Develop and maintain financial records and reporting systems
•Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and presentation
•Compose and edit high-level correspondence and reports
•Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills
•Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
•2-5 years of experience as an executive administrative assistant, preferably in healthcare or finance
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data manipulation and reporting
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
•Experience with corporate compliance procedures (preferred)
•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
