Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Hybrid Executive Assistant III job opportunity located in Waltham, MA Shift: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm EST Pay Rate: $ 40.00/HR Length: 5 months (Hybrid but expected to be in Data Drive a few days a week and probably out at a yard if there is a team meeting potentially once a week.) Responsibilities: Provide support for Band B (VP) by acting as point of contact Manage calendar Book complicated international travel Clear email of spam, respond to non-urgent requests Act as office manager Submit expense reports Preparing for meetings - organizing materials, agendas, meeting minutes, presenting documents, etc. Assisting with all aspects of travel arrangements from flights, hotels, transportation, conference rooms, etc. Role is more than coordinating calendar and emails. Ability to travel to various yards as needed around the Boston area. Ability to work with others EAs - both domestic and internationally Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years' work experience as an Executive Assistant Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Teams), Proficient in SAP/Concur Excellent ability to navigate global time zones when calendaring Discretion and confidentiality Outstanding organization and time management skills Apply Today to be considered for this Executive Assistant III job and any other positions with Adecco.
