This position reports to the President and CSO. Location: Burlington, MA (Boston area)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Executive Administrative Assistant (EA) to join our team. This role will directly support the CEO, President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Medical Officer, General Counsel, and Chief Regulatory Officer as requested.
What You'll Do
As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will:
· Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and document preparation for executive team members.
· Coordinate and schedule Board of Directors meetings, subcommittees, and staff events, including managing meeting logistics and recording detailed minutes.
· Oversee office operations in our Burlington, MA, location, liaising with building management and external vendors to maintain a professional and efficient workspace.
· Manages confidential files, records, and documents including all Board materials
· Process expense reports for executive team including working with the finance team to upload receipts
· Assist with confidential projects and manage sensitive files and records with discretion.
· Organize office events such as holiday parties and visitor meetings.
What We're Looking For
· Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
· At least 5 years of experience in administrative roles, with 2+ years supporting Boards of Directors or senior leadership.
· Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
· A collaborative team player who can also work independently and effectively "manage up."

Physical Requirements
This is a primarily sedentary role but may require occasional travel and on-site presence in Burlington, MA.
