We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our CEO for a temporary period of 4+ weeks. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the CEO's calendar and screen her phone calls. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to communicate effectively with executive leadership, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $35 to $45 per year.

Job Description:
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and organizing meetings and events.
  • Screen and handle incoming phone calls for the CEO.
  • Process and organize a high volume of emails daily.
  • Generate internal and external correspondence and other written materials.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for all communications, ensuring professional and timely dissemination of information.
  • Maintain and organize executive files, including corporate, legal, and financial records.
  • Coordinate board meetings and retreats, including preparing minutes and following up on assigned projects.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience assisting a C-level executive.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Impeccable people skills with a positive and upbeat personality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and able to anticipate needs.
  • Excellent grammar and business writing skills.
  • Flexibility to assist the CEO after hours and on weekends if needed.
