Job Title: Executive Assistant III Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant. This role is critical and requires strong focus and execution. You will handle a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management, effective scheduling, prioritizing amidst a flood of information and requests, ensuring appropriate urgency, monitoring/tracking directors' meetings, priorities, and emails, and acting as a proxy when necessary. You will also manage travel and expenses and provide all administrative support functions for this office. Furthermore, you will manage multiple tasks and action items, documentation, follow-up, and preparation for the directors, ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables.
