The Executive Assistant is responsible for performing a range of support duties.

What you’ll do:

Record meeting minutes, track action items, and conduct follow-up with all parties

Assist with writing summaries and preparing presentations and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Office

Set up conference calls and meetings through a variety of tools
-
Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings including arranging meeting rooms, lunches, dinners, group transportation, etc.

Assist with the collection and analysis of data

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 2+ years experience supporting an Executive required

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to be highly confidential

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives and time frames
