The role is central to our operations, functioning within the accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for various accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, auditing, and billing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and process customer credit applications within accounting software systems.

• Maintain and oversee accurate customer credit records.

• Actively monitor customer accounts and implement appropriate action when necessary.

• Manage the accounts payable and receivable to ensure all financial data is up to date.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial data.

• Oversee billing functions, ensuring all invoices are issued and paid in a timely manner.

• Utilize enterprise resource planning tools such as Epicor to streamline accounting processes.

• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts and billing.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in Auditing procedures
• Experience with Billing Functions
• Knowledge of Epicor software system is beneficial
