Pay Rate: $48 to $60 per hour


Summary of Position

The Accounting Manager role is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with at least 5 years of applicable experience managing a finance team required.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting and tax preparation software.
• Effective interpersonal skills in order to provide and receive constructive criticism well.
• Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations.
• Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems.
• Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines.
• Deep understanding of financial statements including their creation.
• Top notch analytical, quantitative and social skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Plan, implement and supervise the company’s financial strategy.
• Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts and financial assets.
• Handle the company’s transactions and debts and do cash flow forecasting.
• Perform the company’s financial audits.
• Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives.
• Monitor and analyze financial accounting data.
• Create financial reports based on data analysis.
• Make recommendations to business stakeholders.



Pay Details: $48.00 to $60.00 per hour
