Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.
• Maintain precise records of customer credits.
• Resolve any customer inquiries efficiently.
• Monitor the status of customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable duties, ensuring all invoices are paid and received in a timely manner.
• Conduct data entry tasks related to accounting.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and reports.
• Manage invoice processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Operate QuickBooks for various accounting and financial tasks.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Knowledge of Billing operations
• Strong skills in Data Entry
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with QuickBooks software
