Our client is looking for a full-time Accounting Specialist to oversee full-cycle accounting processes, including Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and billing at their Northbrook office. Accounting Specialist Benefits and Compensation

• Competitive Salary: $55,000–$68,000 based on experience

Accounting Specialist Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in A/P, A/R, billing, or similar accounting roles
• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• A self-starter who can manage tasks effectively and collaborate with leadership
• Handle A/P and A/R transactions, including vendor payments, client invoicing, and bank deposits
• Manage billing operations, process credit card transactions, and coordinate quarterly commission payments
• Contribute to corporate accounting tasks, including cash projections and reporting
• Assist leadership with cash position updates and financial reporting
