Intern - Accounting Job at HF Rubber Machinery Inc in Topeka

The Intern - Accounting is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations by verifying and completing financial transactions in an accurate, detailed, timely, and confidential manner and to serve as support to the Controller.

Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Post cash disbursements in bank account daily.
• Completes accounting transactions by verifying and correcting transaction information, scheduling and preparing transactions, postings to ledgers and journals and obtaining authorizations.
• Prepare regular updates of account reconciliations.
• Lead monthly reviews of WIP aging processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
